Open ./inc/plugins/systemtags.php, find:

		$newarrays = array_merge($tags,$newtags);
		$implod = implode(", ",$newarrays);

Replace:

		$newarrays = array_merge($tags,(array)$newtags);
		$implod = implode(", ",(array)$newarrays);
