This is not a problem with mybb. its problem with your Webhost's SQL Server.
Contact them. Tell me your webhost if i can help you.
I'm familiar with vdeck and cpanel.
It's a problem with your host. Contact them for support.

Definitely a host issue. No use handing out your cpanel details - there is nothing anyone but your host can do.

Try to Login in Cpanel> phpMyAdmin and if u can login there, please inform me here.
