How do I get the profile info to go to the left of posts like in this place

Go to Admin CP -> Configuration -> Show Thread Options, and check the "Display posts using the classic layout" option.

Once you have saved that you need to go to your User CP and change it there too.

Edit Options -> "Display posts in classic mode", check the box and save.

If you click a users reputation link (the amount in the postbit), next to each reputation given to them there's a "[Delete Rating]" link where you can delete them individually. If you want to edit the actual number, increasing etc then I think the only way is to do it directly in the database.
