The post count on one of my sub-forums says it has 2 posts awaiting moderation.
I go to the moderation queue, and I see no posts awaiting moderation.
Is this a bug? How can I fix it?

Didn't work. Also, I gave a member a 50% warning level. It was set to make me moderate his posts for 5 days. I decided I didn't want the limitation, so I removed the warning level actions for 50%. He still needs to be moderated. I tried revoking the warning and putting it to 40, but same result
As for the second problem, revoking warnings does not revoke punishments such as suspended posts. Edit the user in the ACP to remove that restriction.
As for the first, can you post your board URL?
Got the warning thing fixed. Problem with moderating posts still exists
