MyBB Community Forums

I would like to moderate the forum, and start in reverse by giving open access to trusted members after they have earned it, or by taking it away...i noticed in admin, i only have the option to moderate, but there is no option to give posting rights to individual users if the entire forum is moderated. is there a way i can do this?
