where do I add rep power?
I belive you mean allowing a certin usergroup to rep? if , so: Admin CP > "Users and Groups" > Manage Groups > select which group you want to give the power to rep to > scroll down and set "Can Give Reputations to Users" to yes.

no, I mean like if you go to duckieworld.ca/board it says Rep Power: #

I dont know how to get that,.
Its included in MyBB by default, where you see Reputation: # (where # represents number).
It is just not shown on this Community Forums.
And when you click on to the #(number) it will leads you to the Reputation Report/Profile of that person, and on the top right, you will see a button "Rate User", thats where you can add/remove the person's reputation.
If you mean where to change the setting, it's in the page Chris provided above, but the setting name is "Points to award/take on Repute"
