Hello, i want to remove the file extension from the URL so it always will be like
www.website.com/file and not like
www.website.com/file.php.
How can i do it? And i want to remove the current time in the top. :-)

To remove the current time at the top of every page you need to edit the header templates.
ACP -> Templates & Style -> Templates -> <template set> -> Header Templates ->
header_welcomebloc_guest/
header_welcomebloc_member
Find and remove:
<span style="float:right;">{$lang->welcome_current_time}</span>

Something like this should work:
open your .htaccess file,
Add this in:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond /%{REQUEST_FILENAME}.php -f
RewriteRule ^([a-zA-Z0-9_-\s]+)/$ /$1.php
If .htaccess doesn't exist but make sure the entire file name is .htaccess
