What is the point in the maple story characters if it's a minecraft forum? Other than that I don't see anything else wrong with your forum.
My only suggestion is to remove the maplestory characters from the logo and remove the rules forum. You can just make a sticky thread in the server talk section with the rules for your server.

Thats a logo one of our ex staff made as a leaving present, We are using that.
Anyway Just an update we now have Myawards and loads o other plugins
