I downloaded a backup from my MyBB admincp.

I then proceeded to delete the current database entirely, and restore the other one. But it says that the database is 0.00MBs. What the hell?

How do I fix this?
Next Time Take Sql Backup From Phpmyadmin
Admin CP back ups are complete trash! They are absolutely terrible. I have lost so many important backups from them that I was weeks behind in work. Use PHPmyAdmin ALWAYS!

Try this when you make a backup (Export) from phpmyadmin:

PhpMyAdmin: Backup Database using PhpMyAdmin

To restore an existing database (Import) try this:

PHPMyAdmin: Restore Database using PhpMyAdmin

See if your webhost has a (full-site) backup from shortly before you wiped out the DB.
