I'm having the same problem.

IS in the header template, and the atchgallery template is in global. It is set to be on, and the forums is -1 (pull from all) I KNOW my forum has attachments but its not showing up...

I've also tried re-installing it 2 to 3 times, nothing helps...

Hmm. Are you using the new version 1.1?

This plugin is like most MyBB plugins. Upload the plugin into your /inc/plugins/ folder. Log into your ACP, go to the plugin manager, and activate it. After that, proceed to the settings page where you can change the settings to your need.

I've installed, uploaded an attached image but don't see it displayed anywhere. How would I access the gallery?

The gallery should appear in the header. Make sure you went to the settings page and adjusted the source as well as enabling it.

Yup, "Latest Attachment Gallery Forum" is set on -1 which means all forums right?

Yes. That should work. Are you using the default templates (or a template set based on default) or are you using a customized theme with a customized template set? You may have to manual insert the template tags for it to show up.

Yup that's what I figured too, so I switched to the default theme but I'm not seeing it

Hm. Try going to your header template in the global template set or the template set you are using and see if some called {$atchgallery} exists.
