Now the issue is that This stupid Mybb forum won't work, it was earlier with the admin panel and no when i try to login nothing happens it just redirects to the admin login again

I cleared my cookies, i checked the settings I did everything, myBB is going whack. I'm using diff software this one bites.

Care to actually share your forum URL and allow us to help you before blaming the software?

DW I fixed this it was just a permission error.
