Is there any free sites that I can make a free MYBB forum and is there a really good coder that I can use for help?

There are sites like http://www.createmybb.com/

But any Free Mybb sites are probably inactive, out of date, and you won't have access to your database/files, or full control. Just go buy hosting so you can be sure it works. And no coder will help unless they're very nice or get paid, FYI.
