I am looking to have a theme created for my latest project that is to be released, the theme must look very similar between the blog and the forum there should be little to no difference.
I want it kind of a more modern relaxed look with a green color scheme.
I have currently set my budget at about $50 for this.
if this doesn't seem right someone let me know or quote me for what might be appropriate.
Note: this will be for a Blog Promotion site.
