Double check where you uploaded it to. Probably the wrong folder. Make sure your domain is pointed to the correct nameservers and such as well. It isnt a problem with Mybb.
the installer is locked and seems there is definitely some problem in .htaccess file
it'd be better to hire a web designer
u've error in file upload too. index.php not opening correctly

While a web designer would probably be able to fix it (due to their familiarity with such things), you wouldn't hire one to fix this.
OP, check your domain/htaccess, and delete/re-upload all files. That's what I'd do to start. I just get a blank screen, no error.
