Remove the 'PHP firewall'.
thanks it works.. Why is it that php-firewall do that? i think its for security..?
It simply blocks a bunch of IP address ranges. In general it's not worth installing as it causes more problems than solutions.
I'd recommend using
CloudFlare if you're looking to protect your website further.

It's blocking whatever country you are in. PHP firewalls really aren't all that effective, you're better off going with CloudFlare.
