So email on my forum isn't working. I have an email account with Namecheap (Oxmail) and hosting with Ultratechhost. Email isn't sending via my forum despite the fact all settings are correct and that has been verified by Namecheap staff. I have a tonne of these errors in the mail log: http://puu.sh/15XKE

So then I contacted my hosting provider as instructed by Namecheap to ask if there's any server restrictions and they said: http://puu.sh/15XN9

So now I'm kind of lost since my domain registrar blamed my host and then the host have told me to come here which is odd since a connection time out is nothing to do with mybb.

Any ideas where I should turn?

The way mine works is in my hosting Cpanel there is a "domains" selection. My domain must be listed for email to work.

I had to transfer the domain name to my host.
