These are my settings:
$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".lgbtcentral.com";
$settings['cookiepath'] = "/";
$settings['cookieprefix'] = "";

The site is www.lgbtcentral.com

I am having to login every time I do an individual action in the admin cp, just as you've described. I've also cleared my cookies, all of them.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Kevin

Well you must have done somthing wrong becouse i can log in with exact that login information! And no its no browser problem ive tested it on all of my 5 computers with Snow Leo, Win7, WinXP and Ubuntu 11.4 and my community members have the same problems.
Why dont you just create a account if the account i just made for you is not working?
Please help, its a real destructive problems for our forums... Thanks!
I've followed all the steps in the original post, all the way up to the point of deleting my settings.php file and uploading the version from the download of MyBB I have on my computer and I still get redirected incorrectly after logging in. Basically I'm stuck in a login loop (it accepts my username/password and says it's successfully logged in and redirecting me, but I end up at the root of my forum NOT logged in).

I'm using http://subdomain.website.com in an attempt to have a MyBB test installation apart from our currently used Main Forum (also MyBB) and this is severely impacting that. Any ideas?

EDIT: If I got to http://subdomain.website.com/admin/index.php I can log into the Admin ACP for http://subdomain.website.com however with every link I click I'm prompted to login again for that page and no settings I change are actually getting saved.

EDIT2: looking at the settings.php file I just uploaded from the release zip of MyBB I have it's blank and 0 bytes.

Not exactly sure how I can copy and paste things wrong and type 10 characters wrong, but ok; now that you've got a different theme, they work, there must have been something about that theme. But I see the problem now, you can't access the site with http://massiveminecraft.com/ as well as http://massiveminecraft.com/forums/ because the settings can't be set up for both, just choose one and redirect one to the other.

Without your actual URL there's literally nothing we can do. The settings.php in the download is supposed to be blank, it's generated dynamically.
