I get stucked at the Database Configuration page with the following error messege when installin MyBB:
I have double checked all entered values several times. Before this I have installed e.g. Joomla, phpBB and SMF and the procedure are rather similar and I have never had any problem with this connection.
Sorry. Now it works. For some reason the database username was not created when creating the database in cPanel even though I deleted and recreated the db. When I checked the db and added the username again it worked.
