I downloaded an old theme called simply bible for MyBB 1.2.x and the layout seem to work after I downloaded the html file via the Admin download thing. However I placed the image folder where it seemed to logically go but no images apeared. What am I doing wrong? Any ideas because there was no readme file with it? Thanks for any help anyone can give. PS I do have the lastest version of mybb installed.
your images should be located here: public_html/images/{your theme images here}

Did a folder full of images come with your theme?
Ok take that folder full of images and upload it to your "images" directory via FTP
I did that but no change.
I think it doesnt work as it was made for 1.2. Any idears with that in mind?

Yeah... It's ancient... Probably (I wasn't here in the 1.2 days) a lot has changed since 1.2, and the theme isn't compatible anymore.
