If your using cloudflare

disable rocket loader

I do not believe I am but how do I disable that?

Login to your cloudflare account

Then go to cloudflare settings

The Click On Performance setting

and turn off

Rocket Loader™ (Web optimization)

also noticed moderation tools will not work right ether

Looking at your source on Portal you have jQuery loading in your header but you do not have jQuery no conflict anywhere.

Just as an FYI, you are loading prototype TWICE on the portal.
