I'm willing to start developing and/or designing websites for Paypal. I'm extremely good with HTML/CSS, and know a lot of PHP/MySQL, but am still learning so many things I can not do, but will use tutorials for.

If you tell me what you want done, I'll be completely honest and tell you if I can or can't do it.

I have a lot of experience making forums, blogs, dynamic websites, etc. Just ask me if I can do your project and I'll let you know.
