Can anyone solve the puzzle, you receive the following message when

To complete the phase of resetting your account password at , you will need to go to the URL below in your web browser.
although it is in messages.lang , but change the message it stays as it is when it is sent again (try)
Means that there is another place where the message is sent, where???.
