hi guys i am just wondering how to make these things

all of u know you if you want to add new bbcode to your forum you need to do it with 2 tags 1-[tag]open it 2-[/tag] to close it
how can i make an tag without closing it like <hr> its no need to close it even on bbcode [.hr.] no need to close it
