Checked the uploads folder, there is no shell there,.
I advise you to delete everything except attachments and avatars. Then upload all mybb files again and edit your config.php file.
Check the attachments and avatars folders for suspicious files as well.

MySQL seams to be stopped. Perhaps the whole server was hacked?
Its a x10hosting server, I don't doubt it got exploited.
You'll want to contact them then.
You can closed this now. Got it solved. The server was rooted using symlink in shell which gave hacks ability to exploit freedsb to gain root.

Plugins don't really need to be deactivated in order to be a risk to your board (if those were wrote with the primary intention to harm you anyways).
