Why is the sublist the only list with a different bullet point style? Just wondering.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly.

Just a really random thought. If you see the four lists I made, the second one is the only list that has a different bullet point style. I carried this on to about 21 lists (thus breaking the page) and the second was the only one with a hollow bullet point, the rest are solid.

It's just CSS. And, the sub-sub list is different as well. It's square instead of round. But, that may depend your browser. If you want to change it more on your site CSS is the key.
