I don't think an IFrame is the best choice, try setting up separate installations of wordpress and mybb, then theme it to match.
Probably your best bet.

I guess the login system is required to be common in DB to actually integrate it.

To me it doesn't seem like the site is actually integrated. It just uses a similar theme and the same header. I say this because I didn't see any evidence of MyBB on the homepage. If your site was still up with the wordpress installation I could be a little more helpful, but all I see right now is the forums.
