Well, I'm looking for some help editing my theme.

I know there's alot here, but if you can help with any/all of them...

There's a few things that need changing:
The logo: It's not an image.. apparently, how do I change it?
The editor: Shows broken images, and doesn't work.
The avatars: In the postbit, and on the homepage, avatars' dimensions are distorted.
Members online: Where it states "Members online", how can I get that to link to /online.php at the same time, like, edit the html with href links.d

I'm also trying to add prostats above the bar at the bottom that directs you back to the top (#top) and nothing appears.
