How to get Tags under Website Name in Google Search? E.g. see the following screen shot.

What do i have to do to get this under any website in Google?

Google does that automatically.

But those are Tags or Pages? and how long before Google start showing it?

Those are called sitelinks. They are automatically added. However, you can demote/remove certain sitelink from your Google Webmaster account from it to appear as a sitelink.

My site is 2 years old, i used to have site links showing up under my website, but since i start using Yoast SEO plugin with Sitemap they disappear from Google.
