Hi im not the best at this stuff, but i have been asked to set up a football forum for local teams, now i want it to look clean and crisp but i dont really know where to start.

Funds are also limited.

You might want to try a free service such as icyboards.com or createmybb.com if you're used to Proboards and aren't very tech savvy.
