Not sure what i did wrong, just installed it by hand on a fresh offshore host. Pretty sure i followed the installation and CHMOD instructions 100% but i might have done something wrong. I tried reinstalling twice.

Looks to me like you're missing your language files. Try re-uploading the /inc/languages/ folder.
