I previously had the white screen i changed the chmod and now i have this issue what chmod do i use for the archive

the permissions for the archive files should be the same as the rest of the files in the forum root.

I have never enabled anything of that sort this is a new install

What plugins are you using?

its nothing to do with plugins it wasnt working before

You basically mean ever since you installed your board?
