I have Tag Cloud plugin installed on my forum. It actually fetches tags automatically but what I want for my forum is to choose them manually. may be when creating a new thread or replying..

Please suggest if we have any plugin already or a way to do it?

This is the same plugin installed on my forum but what I am looking for is where you can select tags manually and they get displayed at below of thread also..
