Hello

Me as an admin, I can view every user's postbit
as horizontal

but when I login to another account
I can see every user's postbit as vertical



How can I fix this?

Settings are in your UserCp to pick what view you want.

Go to User CP > Edit Options:
1) Find There: "Display posts in classic mode."
2) Check the box And Update Options for Vertical postbit.
3) UnCheck the box And Update Options for horizantal postbit.

You can use the Plugin:
Default Profile
If you want to make it default for all users.

Your second option doesn't work.
What im trying to do is that I want to force every user on the board
to use the horizontal postbit.
