Full Version: Other users only see white when they connect

When other people join my server, they do not see the theme or the default look of MyBB. Instead, they see a more of a unloaded version, kind of like when you go to a webpage that doesn't load properly. All of my friends have this problem when they join. Here's a screenshot to better explain my problem.
