For some reason, if you click on a forum category, user profile or etc, it's as if the page doesnt exist. It goes to my hosts 404 page..Any
ideas?

The URL to my forum is: http://nor.net16.net/index.php

Using the latest MyBB installation.

User: test
pass: test123

(if needed)

thanks
It says that its the wrong password. I had a similar problem with my forum but I fixed it. Not sure how. Could you change the password for the test account Smile

UPDATE: Sorry didn't realise that there was someone already logged in Big Grin. It seems that all your links are broken. When I click on a user, it takes me to the same page (error page)
Sorry, updated the password its test123,

And yeah, I dont understand why the links are broken though?
The theme you have on your site, did you implement it recently?

Please check your post before posting. He's supposed to rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess, not the other way around.

He Renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess

but he is using free host so this will not work
There is no .htaccess file present as far as conventional methods can tell. Assuming he wants SEF URLs enabled, he'll need to upload the default htaccess.txt file which comes with MyBB and rename it to .htaccess.

Furthermore if AllowOverride is enabled in the Apache configuration, which it is on most web hosts, then he'll be able to use SEF URLs without any problem.
