MyBB Community Forums

I was wondering how I can make a MyBB forum that doesn't have a domain and is managed through my computer. There is no hosting or anything.

Install:

http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html

After doing then simply run it and create a directory like:

/forum/

Put your files there create a mybb database through phpmyadmin and install mybb.

The hardest thing is to get XAMPP working.
