Hello, I am trying to full upgrade from 1.6.6 to 1.6.8. I was prompted to enter in my name and password, and when I did so and hit "log in", nothing happened. It loads, and then refreshes the page. This has happened with other admins, as well as even a regular user.

first login as admin, after that do the upgrade
