well it is not too tough. If you want to put it in the index page then you have to do some changes in the theme so that you can post anything there.
or you can put it in your footer. Just copy the iframe code from facebook, then paste it where you want to put it.

enter your facebook page url

copy code

paste it on index page or befor before footer start
