Full Version: Not mod_security?

So I'm getting the random 403, 406, and 500 errors that would be typical of a mod_security error. Anyway, I asked my host to disable mod_security for my domain, and they said they did. I flushed my DNS and browser cache, and still got errors. One error, as an example, is whenever I use characters like ~ or -- in User Notes via the ModCP. I can't edit User Notes at ALL via the ACP, it just goes to a blank change. Also, a lot of my users can't edit their signatures or custom profile fields (especially ones with URL's in them).

All of my CHMOD settings are correct, I've triple checked. Here's my .htaccess, in case it matters. What can I do to fix this problem?
