When inico session I have to recharge appear to me that I am logged data.
No cookies are problems as well estab configured, only I have to reload.
And when I try to log out, stays the same, I appear as logged in yet.

Which browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your temporary Internet files?
Apparently the problem only happens in chrome, in firefox and IE works correctly, I deleted all browser data & the problem remains.
With Chrome you need to make sure you get ALL of the history and the cookies, make sure you don't just get the last 20 days or something.
Use CCleaner to find out for sure and the problem was solved.
