i want to delete the default usergroup supermod,mod etc so is there any good way to do so or i ws thinking to delete them from myphp admin.

in the above picture can i just delete them or will it create any issue ?

I wouldn't advise it at all, they're not deletable for a reason. If you don't want to use them then just leave them as they are and create custom usergroups.
