I wanted if there exist any plugin or some way other than reputation system, that staff should have a staff points system? that depends on their threads or some requirements their points grow accordingly in their profiles and post bit?

Does there any plugin exist or any way to get it?

I install it but i don't seen anything in my admin cp for new points settings.
