How about the font size of it and i only wanted to delete the re one

There is no need for the post subject at all in first post - it is in your showthread and breadcrumb as thread title. So delete on all unless you have a postbit first mod (XThreads)

The change the font size - use css or you can apply an inline style in the postbit.
