Setting up a forum for multiple people to view information 1 post. The login info will be sent to everyone so they can all use 1 account to view the info.
Have you considered simply setting a forum password? You can restrict access on a forums to a password then just email that out.

I went into usergroup management, created a group just for this 1 account.
Gave it all view permissions, and on Can Access User CP, i put "NO". Will that work?
Yes, but if you wanted, my plugin will just disallow changing of pw. You would be disabling the whole CP from that group.
