Well I am using ssl on my website and I do get warning messages when I embed videos on my posts. Is there a solution to fix this and allow it load without any warnings ?

I'd assume the warnings are about not using SSL for the videos? If so, you could try modifying the embed templates.

Personally, I just wouldn't use SSL on the whole board. It's only really needed for login/registration and the ACP after all and HTTPS requests are slower.
