Who's Online [Complete List] (This list from here)
489 users active in the past 15 minutes (29 members, 3 of whom are invisible, and 458 guests).

29 + 3 + 458 = 490 users

But it says total 489 users active. Is it a bug?

Strange. Seems like the same thing happens here on this board. I'd assume there's a reason behind it but I'd never noticed this till now.

No, search engines counting as guests. Also, sometimes this problem happens in my forum.
