Is there a plugin were people pay a monthly fee or a certain membership.

And is there a way to hid forums but that membership can see it?

Just edit the permissions in AdminCP -> Forums & Posts -> The forum you want to allow membership usergroups to see -> Permissions

You can hide the forums from ACP > Forums and posts > click the forum name > permissions

Set the group which can view the forum and which groups cant
