how should I add the links to the page created with page manager in sitemap?
You can add static pages in the Google SEO Sitemap settings. By default it contains index.php and portal.php.
If you have a plugin that dynamically generates a great number of pages, i.e. if you can't give a static list for them, that plugin will have to provide its own sitemap for the pages it creates.

I used mod rewrite rule and added a page contact page
also added this page in google seo sitemap settings with index.php
i want to include it in sitemap generated by google seo mod
but it does not shows up in the sitemap
