Anyone know how to make something like this? I've seen it done at other sites by HTML, I've tried but to no avail.

I'll pay through PayPal if you know how to do it.

Don't PM me if you think you know how to do it, I want people who know for sure that they know how to do it, don't waste my time and yours.

If those are subforums in columns then there is a tutorial here on MyBB telling how to do that.
