I have one forum , and one day i surfing in some another forums and i see:
forum.com/user-Admin , and some another forums i see : forum.com/user-1.html
Can i set this and for my forum !

It's a htaccess thing, Not sure how it works.
Rename htaccess.txt in the root of your board to .htaccess.
Done.

Have you enabled search friendly URLs in the ACP? If not, do this:
ACP > Configuration > Server and Optimization Options > Change the first option to enabled.
Make sure that you renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess!

that ~admin should not be there in the first place. what folder is your forum in or is it in the site root?
Not working for me though I have Google SEO installed. dont know why. Still showing index.php not index.html

I have my website ne ROOT DIRECTORY
Can I ask your logic for doing this? Other than some cosmetic change it makes no difference to Google.
